We meet to explore and practice the taijiquan teachings of Grandmaster Hong Junsheng, Master Chen Zhonghua, of the Chen Style Taiji Practical Method system. The Meetup is organized by Nathan Heintz, student of Chen Zhonghua. This meetup is particularly focused on practicing fundamentals drills and push hands, so people from other Chen Style backgrounds or other internal art backgrounds can benefit! This group is open to all people interesting in learning or extending their martial arts. Xin Yi Dao is a training system rooted in Che and Dai family Xingyi Quan. Exercises from Old form Bagua Zhang and Taiji Quan are used to emphasize body mechanics vital for correct technique.
